Use of Brand & Assets

Partners receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use ClickInvoice trademarks and partner assets strictly for approved program activities. Brand materials must not be altered, misrepresented, or used to imply endorsements beyond the granted scope.

Commission, Payments & Tracking

Commissions apply only to validated, paying customers referred via official partner tracking links. ClickInvoice reserves the right to adjust commissions in cases of refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent activity, or policy violations. Payment schedules and thresholds are communicated upon approval.

Minimum withdrawal: The minimum payout/withdrawal amount is USD 2 (or the equivalent value in your local currency at the time of payout).

Partner Obligations

  • Maintain an active ClickInvoice account.
  • Deliver training consistent with certified curriculum standards.
  • Represent features, pricing, and capabilities accurately.
  • Follow official pricing — no unauthorized discounts.

Suspension & Termination

ClickInvoice may suspend or terminate partnership status for breach of terms, misuse of brand assets, misconduct, or reputational harm. Unpaid commissions may be withheld pending review.

Privacy & Data Handling

Partners must comply with applicable data protection regulations when collecting or processing customer information. Referral data must be obtained lawfully and with proper consent.

Updates to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Material changes will be communicated. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
