By accessing or using ClickInvoice, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific features. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

Services Provided

ClickInvoice provides a software-as-a-service platform for invoicing, customer management, and business operations. Features may include invoice creation, payment tracking, multi-company management, and analytics.

User Accounts

Users may be required to create an account to access ClickInvoice. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

• Provide accurate and current information during registration
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Ensure your account is used only in accordance with these Terms

Prohibited Activities

Users must not misuse ClickInvoice. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities using invoices generated by ClickInvoice
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt ClickInvoice services
• Spamming or sending unsolicited communications through the system
• Infringing on the intellectual property or rights of others

Disclaimer: ClickInvoice is not responsible for any misuse of invoices or other outputs generated on the platform. Any fraudulent or illegal use of these outputs is the sole responsibility of the user.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected by the user. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

• Free plan users are limited to a maximum of 3 invoices
• Basic and Premium plans provide higher limits and additional features
• Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension of service

Intellectual Property

ClickInvoice retains all rights to its software, trademarks, logos, and content. Users may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

Limitation of Liability

ClickInvoice shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. Users acknowledge that they use the service at their own risk.

Fraud Protection Clause: ClickInvoice is a SaaS provider only. Any attempt to use invoices for fraudulent purposes, or claims made against the platform due to a user's actions, will be the sole responsibility of the user. ClickInvoice is not liable for any civil or criminal claims resulting from such misuse.

Hosting Protection Clause: ClickInvoice operates as a SaaS solution and does not host illegal content. Hosting providers or authorities may not take down the domain solely based on outputs generated by users. ClickInvoice is a software platform and disclaims liability for user-generated misuse.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or inactivity. Users may terminate their accounts at any time.

Changes to Terms

ClickInvoice may update these Terms periodically. Users will be notified of material changes via email or announcements. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
